Corporate events

Corporate fireworks need to look intentional.

Fantazia Fireworks designs professional displays for brand events, gala dinners, awards evenings, product launches and corporate celebrations where the result has to feel considered, controlled and appropriate to the occasion.

For brands and event teams

A corporate display has to fit the room, not fight it.

Corporate events are rarely about simply making noise at the end of the night. The display has to sit properly with the venue, the audience, the production schedule and the tone of the event.

That might mean a short high-impact display for a product reveal, a controlled finale after an awards dinner, or a full pyromusical designed around a piece of music and a wider event production.

Design logic

The display should support the event, not become a separate thing.

For corporate work, the design is shaped by the purpose of the display. A brand launch, a gala dinner and a staff celebration all call for a different level of pace, scale and restraint.

We look at the viewing position, audience movement, site access, timings, nearby buildings, noise constraints and how the display needs to sit alongside lighting, sound and production.

Corporate display types

Built around the audience in front of it.

The format changes depending on who is watching, what the event is trying to mark and how much space the site gives us to work with.

How we handle it

We start with the site and the purpose of the display.

The right corporate display is not chosen from a catalogue. It is shaped around what the display has to achieve, how the audience will see it and what the venue allows.

Once the basic site information is clear, the display becomes a blank canvas. We can shape duration, intensity, firing pace, effect style and music integration around the event.

01

Event purpose

We establish what the display needs to do: launch, finale, celebration, reveal, interval or full showpiece.

02

Venue and production

We consider access, firing position, audience layout, timings, lighting, sound and any restrictions.

03

Display design

The display is built around scale, pace, duration, effect choice and the level of impact required.

Professional firework finale for a corporate event

Practical delivery

Useful for event organisers, not another thing to manage.

Corporate events often involve several suppliers working to one schedule. We are used to fitting the fireworks around that structure rather than creating extra noise for the organiser.

We can work with venues, production teams and event managers on firing positions, timing, access, safety distances and the practical paperwork required for the display.

Budgets

The budget decides the shape of the display.

Outside the Bonfire period, professional displays start from £695 + VAT. For corporate events, the right figure depends on the site, the audience, the purpose of the display and whether music, staging or a more complex production element is involved.

A given budget can be stretched into a longer, more measured display or condensed into a shorter, higher-energy sequence. We will advise which route makes sense for the event rather than forcing it into a rigid package.

Corporate enquiry

Send us the venue, date and what the display needs to achieve.

Once we have that, we can advise on the right format for the event.
